STEP 1
Pre-Dev Phase - Feature Strategy & Technical Scope
Brainstorm on the features for your product along with our product development experts. They will convert these requirements into a Technical Scope that’s mapped out blow-by-blow. At the end of this phase, you’ll gain a very clear understanding of all the building blocks needed for launching your new software product development tool or product.
STEP 2
Design & Architecture Phase
We then design UI/UX interactions that are easy for the user to navigate and find value from the product features. In parallel, we will also identify a tech architecture and stack that is the right fit in terms of scalability and usability for your product development and design needs. The designs are usually available on Figma and are iterated upon based on feedback.
STEP 3
Development Phase
With all the pre-development requirements shaped up right, we then proceed to code your product with tried and tested engineering practices. At the end of 4 weeks, we usually have a functional build live that you can get a feel for. After that, we ship in 2-week release cycles. This means you never have to wait long for your new product development to progress.
